Aethercomm, one of our newest acquisitions, was acquired by Landwin on May 9, 2017 as part of a 1031 exchange.  The property was built in 2009 for Aethercomm Inc. who designs, manufactures and supplies RF and microwave amplifier modules, subsystems and systems for use in radar, electronic warfare, communication, test and measurement, and other systems that require high power.  The 47,850 square foot building has a state of the art surveillance system, automatic locking doors, cameras throughout and shooter detection system.  The facility was built with a mix of office space, assembly/R&D, lab space and high bay warehouse.  The property is located in Carlsbad, California.
