Verizon Wireless Regional HQ
The Verizon Wireless Regional Headquarters building is in the Chandler Freeways Business Park located on West Morelos Place, near Interstate 10, in Chandler, Arizona.
This beautiful trophy asset was designed and built as a multiple-tenancy, Class A office property in 2004 by Citigroup, and chosen by Verizon Wireless as a Regional Headquarters only after construction was completed.
The property was acquired by Landwin in February 2005. It is a 2-story, 170,647 square foot office building fully occupied by Verizon Wireless on a long-term lease, and is utilized as a 24-hour national call center and Regional Headquarters.
The property is located 10 minutes from the Phoenix Airport, and forms part of the burgeoning sub-market south east of Phoenix.
