Randolph Plaza is located on the corner of 22nd Street and Alvernon in Tucson, Arizona.
Built in 1972 and extensively renovated after being acquired in 2003 by Landwin and Arizona Partners, this beautiful, 180,000 square foot neighborhood retail shopping center features a variety of nationally-credited and local tenants.
Major tenants include Fry’s Supermarket, Arizona’s 2nd largest independent grocer, Denny’s Restaurant, Carl’s Jr., Big Lots, Peter Piper Pizza, Blockbuster Video, Payless Shoe Source, Sally’s Beauty Supply, Greenbacks Dollar Store and Radio Shack.
