Kyrene Village
Kyrene Village is located on the corner of Kyrene Road and Chandler Boulevard in a well-established neighborhood of Tempe, AZ, easily accessible from the new San Tan Freeway.
Built in 1986 and acquired by Landwin and Arizona Partners in April 2003, this visually unified, 165,000 square foot multi-use neighborhood center is anchored by Basha’s Grocery, Arizona’s largest independent grocer, and the bustling Kyrene Lanes entertainment complex.
The center is home to a well-balanced mix of commercial and retail tenants offering a wide variety of services and merchandise to an upwardly-trending, family-oriented community.
